VICTROLA.COM RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products that have been purchased from us directly. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories and cables. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by us. If an RMA is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. To set up a return for refund please email returns@victrola.com. Please be sure to include your order # and reason for returning in your email.

    SHIPPING
    Most orders shipped from our Distribution Center will arrive within three to seven business days from receipt of your order. All orders will ship via UPS with shipping options to include UPS Ground, UPS Three-Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Second Day Air A.M., UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. We regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO military addresses at this time. Please provide a physical street address to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely manner.
